Product Description:
1. Hanger structure.
2. The upper and lower sides of the mold are equipped with top-pull fine-tuning screws, which can bend the flexible die lip to adjust the die gap.
3. The inner and outer surfaces are plated with hard chrome, the fasteners are made of 12.9-grade high-strength bolts, and the heating rods are made of high-quality stainless steel, which can be heated by zone control.
4. Produce 0.015-1.5mm film.
5. Applicable: PE, PA, PP, PET, ABS, PS and other materials.
6. Mould width: 400-3000mm.
