1. Hanger structure.
2. The upper and lower sides of the mold are equipped with top-pull fine-tuning screws, which can bend the die lip to adjust the die gap.
3. The inner and outer surfaces are plated with hard chrome, the fasteners are made of 12.9-grade high-strength bolts, and the heating rods are made of high-quality stainless steel, which can be heated by zone control.
4. Stable production, simple structure, easy disassembly and cleaning.
5. Produce 0.5mm-6mm thick sheet products.
6. Applicable: PE, PA, PP, PET, ABS, PS and other materials.
7. Mould width: 400-3500mm.
