XPS Foam Mould
1. Special hanger structure.
2. The upper and lower sides of the mold are equipped with top-pull fine-tuning screws, which can bend the flexible die lip to adjust the die gap. Die lip adopts hot oil circulation to control temperature.
3. The inner and outer surfaces are plated with hard chrome, the fasteners are made of 12.9-grade high-strength bolts, and the heating rods are made of high-quality stainless steel, which can be heated by zone control.
4. The foaming is uniform, the production is stable, the structure is simple, and it is easy to disassemble and clean.
5. Applicable: XPS.
6. Mould width: 250-650mm.
7. Product width: 600-1200mm, thickness: 20-150mm.
