The role of the screen changer
1. It is used to replace the filter screen regularly to prevent the filter screen in the extruder from being blocked due to excessive impurities, affecting the flow of the melt, or increasing the melt pressure in front of the filter screen, forcing some impurities to pass through the filter screen, As the melt is extruded, the quality of the extrudate is affected.

3. Suitable for various granulators, extruders, film blowing machines, wire drawing machines, sheet extruders, and pipe extruders.

Selection principle of screen changer

1. For low pollution, medium and small output, discontinuous screen changer can be selected. Mainly divided into manual quick screen changer and hydraulic sliding screen changer.
2. For general or serious pollution, medium and high output occasions and the switching process is allowed to be interrupted, a non-continuous screen changer can be selected. If interruption is not allowed, a continuous screen changer must be selected.

Hydraulic station

Manifold: It is assembled by hydraulic valve and channel body. Direction, pressure and flow regulation of hydraulic oil.
Valve combination: The plate valve is installed on the vertical plate, and the pipe is connected behind the plate, which has the same function as the integrated block.
Oil tank: a semi-closed container welded by plate, and also equipped with oil filter screen, air filter, etc., for oil storage, oil cooling and filtration.
